My primary service is executive coaching. For groups, pairs, and individuals. I specialize in decision-making and resilience-building. Neurodivergent clients are most welcome. The unique challenges of founders and co-founders fascinates me. I love to help people get unstuck or try something new.
As a fifteen year veteran of academic medicine, from butts to boardrooms, I also offer limited healthcare consulting engagements, generally for start-ups trying to understand brick and mortar care, population health, and value-based care.
Because sliding scale rates are available for individual entrepreneurs, new founders/startups, and underrepresented groups, I don’t publish my normal rates here.
