I’m the operator senior leaders call when they need strategy turned into reality. I’ve stood up new service lines, led multi-site clinical operations, and managed distributed teams of 300+ FTE. I know how to translate board-level vision into frontline action—building the infrastructure, leading the people, and tracking the metrics that prove it’s working.

As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) with the heart of a nurse, I build quality and safety programs that actually prevent harm and improve outcomes—not just check compliance boxes. I’ve designed quality governance for startups, led value-based care initiatives for ACOs, and improved everything from HEDIS measures to POS Collections to patient satisfaction scores.
